Staffmark is hiring a Full time Customer Service/ Call Center Representative downtown. Monday-Sunday 10:00AM-7:00pm. This is a temporary opportunity to start but could transition into a direct hire for the right candidate. If you are someone that enjoys providing top notch customer service, in a busy environment, we have an immediate job opening!

  • $17 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Effectively solve customers issues, complaints ,and inquiries.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year minimum of Customer Service/ Call Center Experience

At least 1 year of Customer Service/ CALL CENTER experience or 1 year of Customer Service/ High call volume. Proficient in Windows and Word. Strong verbal and communication skills, along with active listening. Ability to Multi task.
