Human Resource Generalist - Little Rock, AR

Pay Rate/Salary: At least: $50,000.00

Maintain personnel files and records including wage adjustments, benefits, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, I-9's, etc.

Assist Regional HR Managers with recruitment, hiring authorization requests, internal/external job postings, new hire orientations, performance review notification process, Management/Supervisory on-line HR training programs, staffing agreements with temporary staffing firms.

Assist Corporate Benefit Manager with new hire health and welfare, Wellness Program and 401(k) benefit enrollments/terminations with benefit vendors, reporting, file maintenance and new employee benefits documents.

Prepare security system ID badges for new hires or for replacement badges. Maintain security system database for new hire addition and for deletion of terminated associates.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Compliance with Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.

Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years previous HR experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent communication skills.
